About
Wild Analog was born out of my love for the wilderness, and film photography. I blend intimate compositions with dramatic landscapes to inspire awe of the Great Outdoors.
My favorite moments are exploring the wild with my wife and dog, conversations around campfires with friends, and reading books in a hammock.
In a world of high-capacity memory cards and large pixel digital cameras, I still prefer film because it allows me to slow down to connect with my subject. Unlike digital photography, analog film has limited exposures, which require the photographer to be conscious of every photo they shoot.
For me, film has a certain aesthetic that can't be replicated in post-processing.
